These terms & conditions are entered into by and between You and Feedvibe. The term "you" refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Products or Services.
Ownership of content
You maintain all ownership rights in any User Content that you submit to Feedvibe and you maintain all ownership of the finished product / video that Feedvibe produces.
Service Description
Feedvibe is a video editing service. Feedvibe edits raw video and if necessary, audio, sound effects, and music into a finished video for the user / customer / you. As such, each video project is unique with many variables, and Feedvibe reserves the right to deny service to any client whose video editing needs Feedvibe cannot service.
Feedvibe offers a money back guarantee. To request a refund, please email us at hello@feedvibe.com. Feedvibe reserves the right to showcase your edited video in our portfolio.
Feedvibe uses Adobe Premiere Pro as our editing software of choice. You will therefore need to provide any assets you wish the Video Editor to use to be compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro. If you require working files we can only provide Adobe Premiere Pro project files.
Use of this site
Access to and use of this site is governed by these terms and conditions, as well as applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations. By accessing this site, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and us are superseded and of no force or effect.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions so that you will be apprised of any changes. Your use of the site following any modification in these terms and conditions will signify your assent to and acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
